Events

The Riley County Genealogical Society is happy to share these event listings with you as part of our shared passion for learning within the genealogical community. Our RCGS Events page highlights the programs we host throughout the year—regular meetings, member presentations, workshops, and special activities designed to spark curiosity and maybe even tweak your fancy. These offerings reflect our commitment to helping family historians grow their skills, connect with others, and enjoy the journey of discovery.

Our Other Events page extends that spirit by gathering opportunities from the wider world of genealogy and local history—everything from community lectures to regional workshops and national conferences. We warmly welcome your submissions of events or activities related to genealogy or history that our members would find interesting. If you know of something worth sharing, please send the details to our webmaster so we can help spread the word and continue building a vibrant, informed, and connected research community.
