The RCGS Library is open several days each week to support your research and community learning. The table below shows our current operating schedule, including regular hours and any variations. We encourage visitors to check these times before planning a visit, especially during periods of maintenance or hazardous weather closures. We are located just west of the Kansas State University at 2005 Claflin Road, Manhattan, Kansas.
| Day | Open Hours |
| Tuesday and Thursday | 10 am - 4pm |
| Wednesday and Saturday | 1 pm - 4 pm |
| Sunday, Monday, and Friday | Closed |
| National Holidays | Closed |
In the event of severe weather or disruptive maintenance, we’ll post any changes to our status as soon as possible. To check whether we’re open, please visit our News page or our Facebook page for the latest updates. We’ll keep both platforms current so you can plan accordingly and stay safe.
If you need access to the library outside of our regular open hours, please reach out by emailing the Librarian at library@rileycgs.org or by calling us at (785) 565-6495. While we understand that advance notice isn’t always possible, it is greatly appreciated—it helps us coordinate volunteer support to accommodate your visit.
